2-17 Ultrasounds

Hello!

Welcome!  Geoff here.  My wife Carrie and I are expecting our first children in April 2009.  We had always joked that we would have twins, as there are several sets on both side of our family.  Carrie has twin sisters, and her Grandma and great-uncle are twins.  My dad and uncle are twins, and my dad's cousin had twin boys and another one of his cousins has twin grandsons.  I always hoped that we would have twins, but the laws of probability were still against us.  When the ultrasound technician told us back in August that we were having twins, all we could do was laugh.  We were both excited and scared at the same time.  At 17 weeks, we found out that we were having a boy and a girl, and we were elated.  This site is intended to provide us a way of keeping our families up to date with everything that is going on with their development.
