The doctor is delayed because someone else is giving birth right now, so it could be a bit.

    Did anyone make the Dr aware of how much more important the Tessau kids are?

    Since they did that make sure not to tip him

    I'm having a very hard time being patient.... I had to wait for the operating room too, I'm sure you are having a hard time being patient as well.
